With intend to create employable youth, GIMR was established in 2001,with the objective of promoting management education and preparing professional managers.

Today’s education system is mark oriented. It gives important to marks rather than skill and knowledge. Near passing out examinations by any hook or crook is the only aim of students. The pitiable performance of students to make us remark that the students of this generation may be qualified but they are not up to the mark. teachers can change this appalling scenario, because they are the builders of the nation. They should not be only teachers they should be awakers.

GIMR also try to follow the principle of invest intelligently by arranging seminars, guest lectures, workshops of various industrial experts, regular soft skill classes campus etc.

Employability is the focus point of GIMR. GIMR Principle is not promise but performance will take you further. World does not judge people on the basis of potential or promise.
