Godavari Institute of Management & Research, Jalgaon has a separate girls’ hostel with an intake of 30. Admissions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hostel Rules

• Hostel admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Students may go into the city up to 3 times a month, for 3–4 hours each visit.
• Students leaving the premises must report back to the hostel before 8:30 pm.
• Visitors must register in the visiting register; visiting hours are 7:00 am to 8:30 pm.
• Permission from the Hostel Incharge must be taken one day in advance (4:00–6:00 pm) before going out.
• A permission letter signed by parents is required for students attending outside tuitions.
• Room allocation is made by the Rector.
• Any inmate found in anti-social activity or causing nuisance will be expelled, with fees non-refundable.
• Students found in the hostel during college sessions are liable for strict disciplinary action.
• Unauthorised absence from the hostel can lead to expulsion.
• Objectionable magazines, posters or literature found in a student’s possession will lead to expulsion.
• Hostel fees must be paid within the given timeframe.
• Students must promptly report any change of communication address to the office.
• Valuables such as mobiles and jewellery are kept at the student’s own risk; the institute is not responsible for any loss.
• The hostel deposit is non-refundable if a candidate causes damage or loss to hostel infrastructure.
