GIMR has a full-fledged library managed by highly experienced and qualified staff. The library is spread over a large area with a reading room built for proper ventilation and cooling, giving students a pleasant environment for studying.

The college maintains a well-stocked library with more than 20,000 volumes of text and reference books, periodicals and daily newspapers. Students have open access to the library, the reference section, and a vast collection of current and back volumes of journals. Over the years, many research scholars and book-lovers have donated large parts of their own personal collections, making the library’s holdings especially rich.
