With intent to create employable youth, GIMR was established in 2001, with the objective of promoting management education and preparing professional managers.

Today’s education system is too often mark-oriented — it gives importance to marks rather than skill and knowledge. Passing examinations by any means becomes the only aim for some students. Teachers can change this scenario, because they are the builders of the nation; they should not be only teachers, they should be awakeners.

GIMR follows the principle of investing intelligently — arranging seminars, guest lectures, and workshops with industrial experts, alongside regular soft-skill classes on campus.

Employability is the focus point of GIMR. Our principle is not promise but performance — the world does not judge people on the basis of potential or promise.
