The personal interview is where technical knowledge meets self-awareness. Know your resume cold — every project, every internship, every gap should have a clear, honest story behind it. Research the company beyond its website. Practice answering "tell me about yourself" until it sounds natural, not rehearsed. And remember: an interview is a conversation, not an interrogation — ask questions back.
