Student grievance redressal.

Established under AICTE's Redressal of Grievance of Students Regulation, 2019.

To provide opportunities for redressal of grievances for students already enrolled, as well as for those seeking admission, AICTE notified the All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulation, 2019 (F. No. 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019, dated 07.11.2019) for the establishment of a Grievance Redressal Mechanism across all AICTE-approved technical institutions. Godavari Institute of Management and Research, Jalgaon follows this regulation to maintain its Student Grievance Redressal Committee.

Who Can Complain

A student, individually or as part of a group, who feels that unfair practices in any of the institution’s operations threaten their opportunities in education, career growth, cultural development or personality development can submit a complaint. A student who feels humiliated or assaulted by a teacher, coordinator, administrator, or fellow student can also approach the committee. Any enrolled student can seek grievance redressal by submitting a written complaint online.

Grievances related to ragging or covered by the Internal Complaint Committee can also be submitted through the same online complaint form, with the nature of the grievance clearly stated in the message.
